Running Souls Run Club (RSRC) is a Brooklyn, NY based running club with most of our workouts in Prospect Park.

We are a small friendly group of runners. We welcome both competitive and non-competitive runners who are looking to improve their overall running skills through both speed work and endurance training.

Membership is free. Non-members are also welcome to attend our runs.

Group coaching at the workouts is free. Private coaching and individualized training plans are offered for a small fee.

 WEEKLY WORKOUTS

Tuesday evenings at 7pm (Social run)

Thursday evenings at 7pm (Speed work)

Saturday mornings at 8:45am (Social run plus coffee).

All workouts take place in Prospect Park.

Meet up is at the entrance to Prospect Park on Prospect Park West and 15th Street across from the movie theater.

Tuesday and Saturday workouts are easy runs in the park and range from about 3 to 7 miles. Optional strides and drills are also included if so desired.

Thursday night workouts consist of a different speed workout each week. We begin these workouts with a short series of drills to increase flexibility, speed and to help prevent injury. Total workout time is about one hour.

We incorporate both the Jack Daniels Running Formula and the Easy Interval Method into our workouts. Individual coaching is available.
